Very nice services .. I did manicure today, hair treatment and blow dry.. it was nice as always .. I really like this branch and no matter what other branch I go to I always come back to this one.. just love the atmosphere here ❤️❤️❤️

The service was amazing????????....friendly staff❤️... Good nail polish and acrylic. They aim for perfection in handling with manicure and pedicure. We tried the new scurb for hands and legs it was amazing. Heads up to the receptionist of the day who greeted us with warm smiles and delivered her best in accomodating us. Once again I was very impressed with the work done on me and my friends. Hope to come in again.????

I am writing this complaint regarding today’s appointment, had an appointment at 19:00 today, i came early at 18:25 and asked if its possible to be seen earlier they said yes i was served water as i have requested. Passed 30 minutes and no one came, it was already my appointment time and still no one came, old client finished their service and new ones came and im still waiting…i went to the reception and asked why no one came they said they have send someone. Apparently they went to the wrong client, which is not my problem that the assistant didn't double check the client’s name they said they will send someone immediately. 19:13 and no one came so I decided to leave and thats when someone finally met me on my way out - if i was late 5 or 10 minutes they would have told me to rebook.. we both know time is money for everyone and i ended up leaving without getting my service…question; you think this is acceptable… oh and to add to that I am a member! I would love to discontinue my membership if possible which i know it is not … so know that i will be coming to get my free nail service till the membership is over and i will not be renew with you at all and not even coming as a normal customer. Really disappointed by this service it isnt the first time.

Bad service…. No point of making the booking… we had to wait an hour to be served.. Hair blow done by assisstant and I was not satisfied with her work… don’t recommend it to anyone… there are plenty of Salons better than this one… believe me

The pedicure and manicure service is not clean. I have a membership, any service you want more to add than you pay for it with 20% discount , even feet and hands scrubs we have to pay ??just they will clean nails and feet not rubbed off. why we pay for membership and we not got good services .

Ive been a member for since 2020 and thats because of great service. Also, i want to highlight that in all the branches ive been ( dubai and al ain) jimi branch is the best service overall! Special shout out to my angels: Mani Vanessa , pedi Hezel and Massage Melissa..
