I wish if I can give less than a star because this salon and this specific branch is the worst place ever for the services the staff of ARAB nationalities are super rude and has such an attitude if they're giving you a favour rather than paying to them they do discrimination in locals and other nationalities shame on them for such inhuman behaviour in the country like UAE I wasn't expecting this.
I am a regular customer here so my review is not based on a single visit last time they did damaged my hair on their failed keratin treatment with the expired straighteners and later on they said they will fix it in my next visit or whenever i want to do it again till date they didnt and yesterday when i went there for a facial when I entered the salon there's no greeting nothing I felt weird because at that moment all the 3 ladies were free and talking to each other I went to the counter and told them about my booking and later went for the facial to the cabin when I entered the cabin the facialist gave me the form to fill and sign so I kept my sunglasses on the trolley there and she told me to change I changed my shirt and kept it in the cupboard with my bag the lady gave me a towel there were literally stains and even a hole I do have pictures as a proof once my facial was done I took my bag and I wanted to pick my glasses but to my surprise I couldn't find them I went to the staff and told them initially they said there were no glasses when I came then I called my husband and asked he told me I was putting my glasses when I was going there later they said may be you kept it somewhere else and you forgot but I do remember everything and my memory isn't that weak so I went to the main counter for the payment she told me the full price even though there's this promotion going on the heat is on and when I told her about it she was like let me check if this facial is included or not I said you can check its even mentioned online than she said don't know whether it will be applied today or not either she don't know at all or she was making excuses not to give the promotion because one another lady came and they were charging them all with full prices shame on them for having unprofessional and unethical behaviour with their clients.
Secondly hats off to the courage of the staff for stealing the personal belongings of the clients and then blaming the clients for it that they didn't kept an eye on their belongings how can one keep their eyes during facial or massage or should we sit attentive in the fear of getting stolen.

One star for the quality of work they do when it comes to lash extension. The artist was good but it’s the quality of product that they use that didn’t even last 10 days. My friend had the same experience even when she did her lashes at a different branch. So nothing wrong with the artist but it’s the poor product in my opinion. Not worth the bomb it costs. Additionally when I called to give the feedback the funny thing is the lady said you should have asked for the 72 hours policy !!!! I was like excuse me ! - How would I know your policy unless you tell me.
I am never going to them for lashes again additionally they didn’t even refund or partly refund for the poor service they provide. Not sure if they take the feedback seriously. I am going to The Fix Beauty Lounge next time for my lash extension which is the best in Abu Dhabi for lashes.

I visit this branch the most. Very helpful and friendly staff. I do my hair, nails, lash extension and sometimes massage here! They are always great!

I went to put hair extensions and before I do it my hair was thick and nice but after the extensions my hair became brittle and weak which is not supposed to happen. The employee that did it for me is arab and her name is sara, her work is unprofessional and I don’t recommend her at all because even the glue was still on my hair but the philipino employee that did my hair was professional and the hair service with her is good.

This salon is by far the most disappointing one I have ever encountered; considering that I am a loyal customer and I own their membership, the encounters I have faced cannot be bypassed.

1) I have booked 3 mani pedis to be done at the same time as our hairstyles if it were possible. The woman responding on the phone said it is possible and we’d be done in two hours max. As we reached the salon, they told us that it is fully booked and we’d have to wait for our turn, which made us even later than we actually were. They gave us no compensation and blamed it all on the call center.

2) Today, I’ve booked a hot stone massage to be done at 5:30. The call center ensured that it is booked. As I got to the salon, they told me that they booked the “wrong” technician and I couldn’t get my massage done. I had to wait for 30 minutes before even telling me that they booked the wrong one.

3) I once did multiple services at the same day, due to having my own membership. As I went to pay, they failed to let me know beforehand that my membership ended. I had to pay full price, when I could’ve paid less if I had known my membership ended which I can renew before doing my services.

4) During my treatment, the lady doing my hair was being rude. She was aggressive throughout the whole process and couldn’t even wash my hair properly. After barely drying my hair, my hair was still very oily and stiff due to the mask still being in my hair.

Overall, I am very disappointed with my experiences and I would like for Tips and Toes to take this into consideration as this behavior cannot stay this way.

I'm grateful for the kind, polite and professional treatment when I attended my CTCA appointment.
Greatly appreciate the NHS.
The coffee shop is exceptionally good too.
Hospital was very clean and everyone was very welcoming and helpful.

The PRH Employee Parking lot is for staff members with parking permits. There is a waiting list currently in operation and many people on the waiting list will never receive a permit unfortunately as there are more people applying for permits than permits becoming available to reissue. However, any employee can use the parking lot during out of hours from Monday - Friday. If you park in the staff car parks before 4.45pm and you don’t have a valid BSUH parking permit, you will have to pay the relevant parking charge before exiting the staff car parks. Weekends and Bank Holidays are free parking anytime.

Very very difficult to find parking places, - make sure you arrive at least 30 - 45 minutes before your appointment.
