Experience was great! I usually go to Al Jimi branch for services but decided to try hili branch and the service (during Eid period) was great, everyone was smiling, very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Misho, Vanessa and Joebelle for their professionalism in dealing with clients.

How many times do we have to call for the salon to answer? I cant book appointments because no one answers on the phone. If the number put in here is wrong then change it. There is no way not a single person is on the desk answering calls.

I've always had excellent service at this branch. The staff are always smiling and accommodating. The therapists are experienced and provide expert service. They have wonderful vegan manicures and pedicures as well as a range of cruelty-free beauty products on sale.

I am regular customer of Tips and toes.
I had an appointment today i relies that from five visits the service of manicure and pedicure was not like before. It is going bad every time.

The nail file is not clean. After they file my nails i have to fix them again by myself at home.

I hope you can bring back the old good services with good technician

I booked an appointment and was 11 minutes late. The service staff on the reception was very very rude. Her attitude was horrible and she was very unwelcoming. I just left without getting any service done. Very bad experience. The time before that when I went to tips and toes, the hairstylist kept shaming me about my hair and pushing me to buy products by bashing my hair publicly and loudly. She was insisting on selling me products that i didn’t want. I asked her to just curl my hair but she washed it and blow dried it when I didn’t ask for it. She was also trying to push me to cut my hair. All my experiences in tips and toes were horrible I don’t recommend anyone to go there !

More than just your ordinary massage! Sheryl Trinidade is the best massage therapist I have had the pleasure of being treated by in Al Ain. She spoiled me with a medical massage and her extensive knowledge of joint pain relief. I was super impressed and grateful. Highly recommend Sheryl for your next massage.
