Visited here for the afternoon tea one day and it was a perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon. The food was delicious and there was a generous amount of food, which was good considering the price was £35 per person. They also have lovely grounds to have a wander round.

My aunt and I stayed for one night at this lovely hotel. As lovely as it can be though, we have found that the price for a classic room for two people is quite expensive.
This said, the room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast service in the morning was perfect. The ladies in charge either in the restaurant or at the office are very professional and friendly. I guess maybe the location (gorgeous village of Minster Lovell) is the reason of these high prices.

Fantastic hotel, nestled on a river with friendly staff, nice rooms and good food!

The best part has to be the Spa though; highly recommend this as a must-do if your staying here.

Had a facial on the first day and hung out in the spa that had a sauna, steam room, experience showers and a tranquil pool area, then went back the second day for more spa time and a aromatherapy massage! Credit to Megan & Katie for their welcoming service, great facial/massage and wonderful experience.

Over priced for what it is. £800 for three nights. Just come back from Grancanaria and paid that for a month. Did not stay after the quote but had a good look around..The swan pub they also own was terrible..We ordered food and when half hour later still waiting we said we were leaving. They took no notice and we paid £3.00 for half a beer that we left as strong evidence that they had not cleaned there pipes..Good luck.

Firstly the hotel overall is generally lovely, beautiful grounds, polite staff, great spa, good food, although quite overpriced for what you get in my opinion. £170 for 2 courses and a glass of wine each for 2 people. Breakfast was good and more filling than the dinner. Main issue is with the room itself, Paying £300 for a room for one night with breakfast and the room looked nothing like any of the photos advertised, very basic, 2-3 star quality at best. It was a “garden view room” The Bathroom was very dated and in need of refurbishment, loose tap, grubby paintwork, cracked tiles, water filled up the bath tub when taking a shower as the drain must have been clogged. All this was mentioned to staff and was told the issue would be passed on and I would receive a call from management, which I never did receive.

Highly recommend Minster Mill. Our room was spotless and full of character, the setting was beautiful, food was outstanding and staff were friendly and helpful. Only very slight disappointment was that there was no jacuzzi in the spa. There is a hydropool but it's part of the main pool and not very warm! This was only minor though and certainly wouldn't stop us returning.

Attended a funeral lunch. Food was remarkably good for duch an event. Mini hamburgers, glazed chicken drumsticks done well and served immediately.Fresh cheesecakes.Lovely staff and attentive but not over the top service.

Food was lovely, only issue was there were no changing rooms after the day spa unless you were a guest staying the night
