I am disappointed with the food quality. Furthermore, on Eid Al Fire holiday on Friday 21/3/2023 at their branch at Al Sharq Gate Mall, I ordered from the menu catalogue without referring to the offer board fixed at the counter, because of this they calculated full price without considering the offer price. This is just because when gave the order, I referred to the standard menu catalogue and not to the offer board????

Awful experience. I had the grape leaves, they were cold and hard, very dry and tasted stale/old and sour. Just shockingly disgusting. I don’t like to give businesses bad reviews but this time I really had to, yuck.

Had shawarma with hummus, it was tasteless and dry. Felt like not a value for money.

Waited 3 hours for delivery , didn’t turn up.
Driver was on way for 90 minutes and must of decided he can’t be bothered and driver decided to cancel my order. Bad experience 3 hours , could drive to Dubai and have a pizza in a restaurant and be back in 3 hours.

.if only there's an option of negative 5 stars i will never hesitate to give you that for that's what your food and service deserves. A complete disaster! Very bad experience! I ordered mix grill platter but there was only bunch of laspe fries in it that i cannot even see the meat! Food quality is very bad, food quantity is too little, not even worth the price. Delivery was way too late. Very poor????????????

The worst restaurant in over the uae...
Very bad and disrespectful staff...
Every time.. they will take. 30 to 40 minutes to prepare the food .
Some times they will forget to prepare
We have to go there and ask what happens about my orders ..

If there was a choice for 0-stars I would've done it.
Trust me, the adverts of this place is fake and don't ever buy anything from here.
I ordered a half-kG mix grill. It costed around 200. But in talabat offer I got it for 75. When I opened it, it looked like 250 grams. No quantity of items and the product doesn't match the price. There was 2 small kebabs, 2 small pieces of chicken 1 piece mutton and that's all. Now you wanna know how they made it weigh half-kg right.? They put a bunch of French fries for that.And I didn't even select French fries or any sides. As for hummus and garlic paste, the container was big, but only half a spoon of hummus were kept and some are hanging on the lid. And worst of all, the delivery took 1 hour. The mix grill I bought from here is only sufficient for 2 people. Whereas, the other places where you buy (the same quantity and price), It can last you 2 days for a family. It's very different. You will only understand when you buy.

Very bad!!! I ordered because it was shown that I'll receive the food in around 15 mins but it ended up taking a whole hour. The food was cold and it didn't have any flavor to it. The fried kibbeh was soggy... so disappointing.
