Hi, I recently dined at your restaurant and I wanted to give some feedback. While the food was not the same I have expected , I felt that some of the staff were very rude. It made me feel uncomfortable and I just wanted to let you know so that you can improve the experience for future customers.I would not suggest this place to anyone.

I'm usually ordering food from this restaurant every weekend from last 7 months. But today I'm feeling very upset bcoz of the behavior of the delivery boy. most of the time when I order from this restaurant I never taken changes back from any delivery person. But today I really feel very bad when he send me back to my apartment to bring 1 dirham otherwise I'll not give you your food. Actually today I ordered chicken biryani which price was 15 dirham as they told me on call. So when the delivery boy come with my food he called me and said bro there is no parking can you please come down to pick your food. I said no problem I'll come, I go down then he asked me for money I give him as they told me 15 dirham but in bill it was 16 dirham including tax. So I requested I'll pay 1 Dirham next time but he denied to give me food. He was very rude that time, I feel really bad????.I said wait 2 minutes I'm going back to my apartment and I'll bring 1 dirham. I could refuse that order that time but I didn't bcoz I was starving that time. So I come back to my apartment and took money given to delivery boy and collect my food. after coming to my room I found that the raita was spoiled which I already mixed with biryani rice. And finally I discard that biryani. This is how I got frosted from top 5 restaurant. I'll never order again from this restaurant.

Restaurant is clean and staff are helpful. It has a good choice of indian and chinese food that are really tasty and portions are big and fulfilling. Give it a try and you will enjoy a good fresh and hot dishes ????

Food quality wad very bad, looks like re-heated food was served . And they agreed they cooked in the morning and serving till 24 hours, donno about maintain of temperature. Anyways I never try .

Nice place to eat, its on 1st floor and it has family hall also. I have tried quite a few items from here like plain biryani, dum biryani & chowmein.. all were good in taste specially keralite taste. I am not from kerala but I have tasted their dishes and liked them. The picture i attached is of biryani which was served on Friday special as you can see Friday speacial raita, chatni, achar, chaaj (lassi with salt) and sweet dish.

Today I'm come with my family to try Biriyani... Chicken and beef, unfortunately very disappointed me.. Taste not good,, dum biriyani.. Not like before... Too.. Salty beef biriyani,, chicken not expect like this taste..Balance biriyani I take parsel...
