One or two star hotel apartments,big room and space, kitchen with no fridge and reasonable size bathroom. The room and public areas were clean. In a good location but noise in the back where our room was.
The staff in the reception are friendly and professional. Reasonable rates.

The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. He cannot make decent conversations when asked about room rates. He will just end the call. Do not go to this hotel unless youre very desperate

Good location and hotel has all basic needs, neat facilities and professional team. However, it is just a room even without a small water bottle. You need to manage everything on your own.

I have been placed in a hotel by my employer until I receive my Emirates ID. What a spoil. It is spacious, sophistacated and quiet. Service is excellent.

Price: the cheapest hotel to stay in the area
Staff: professional staff with excellent customer service assistance. Specially to the manager and the receptionist Ms. Haifa
Unit: clean and big area. Complete facilities to stay wirh family

Overall: Top Hotel is the second home to leave when visiting Al Ain

The place is very nice but They don't even serve you water over there... but you will get complete privacy
