I had a great first time experience here today.

Positive points:
- great prices
- salon is clean and fresh
- staff are really friendly
- Sara did a great job at waxing
- they are very responsive to WhatsApp’s when booking
- Free parking next to the building

Negative points:
- none so far ☺️

They occasionally have promotions going on, like 50% off all services which they will let you know upon booking.

I LOVE this place
I tried hair protien and hair color ..
Both were AMAZING .. the staff is very nice and friendly
The service is truly amazing and they make sure customers are satisfied

Eyebrow were sooo Well done
Pedicure was amazing as well, worth the price !! They took proper time to do the pedicure !!and was also very gentle

I've been Leila's client for more than 2 years now and after my hair has been extremlly damaged and never wanted to grow ( it never surpassed my shoulders ). Leila took care of my hair since then I learnt to trust her as I started seeing results , she's a true profssionnal that knows EXACTLY what she does , you could clearly see that she is passionate about her work and didn't just choose it because she had to , she chosed it because she TRUELY LOVED IT , My hair now is longer that it has ever been and healthier than ever ( I still can't believe that ) .
After she left her past Salon , I followed her to the next one ( TOP PERFECT ) , I liked it a lot , I've had such an incredible experience of high quality service that goes from the Nice fragrence , super calm vibe , super organized place , super clean , all the staff were extremlly professionnal , smiling , welcoming and super friendly.
Thank you so much Leila , your genuine intentions and your empathy and talent made me a forever loyal client to you and thank you for introducing me to such an awesome salon where everyone was as kind and professional as you are.

THE WORST medical practice in falkirk, the receptionist will consistently tell you to phone back the next day making up every excuse as to why they can’t book you in for an appointment! and if you get emotional because your being met with same answer everytime you phone up they will hang up on you, after you have been on hold for NEARLY TWO HOURS. So do yourself a favour and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!! If there was an option to put no stars I would have done that instead

I don't like to leave negative reviews, every business can have an off day and I think it can be unfair to publicly shame mistakes. I am making an exception for this surgery because they are unfortunately consistently atrociously organised.

I called for two weeks running, there were no appointments. They hadn't run out; literally none were available. I eventually got an appointment for two weeks time, and received a phone call for it on the wrong day. I am lucky enough to have a job that allows me to take calls whenever I want, so I still received my appointment.
I had to then be seen in person, next week.

I arrived at the surgery. After waiting for half an hour, I was told for the first time that my appointment was booked with a nurse in Grangemouth. Again, luckily, I am privileged enough to have a car. This was the second hurdle I could have failed to pass for my appointment, which I had now waited in total 5 weeks for from my initial attempt.

If I had less money, or a less flexible job, I would have been unable to attend my appointment. Not once, but twice.

The amount of Doctors that actually operate in this surgery is incredibly limited, intentionally. The patient experience certainly isn't in mind with that decision...

I have had other issues with the surgery - normal mistakes, with being told the wrong information about when I can book appointments, (leading to another weeks delay in the above story!) and being told the wrong information about when my prescription would be ready.

Mistakes happen, I get that, but the rate at which they happen here I believe shows a genuine serious problem with organisation and communication.

If you want to be treated with sheer ignorance and don't care lf you never see a GP again this is the practice for you. The aim of the practice is to make the life of it's patients as difficult as possible and the receptionists urgently require training in people management as it would appear the practice is run to suit their needs and not those of the patients. The nursing assistant Lesley and Lynn are amazing an Lorraine then Laura in reception ok also but rest a bloody joke

Rude receptionist thinks she’s a doctor.

I asked for a help from a doctor as I had a throat infection, she told me they are busy and I can call tomorrow to get an appointment for THE NEXT WEEK - THIS IS CRAZY, she told me to take MORE paracetamol ???? since I wasn't able to eat and swallow.

So then I had to wait till 6pm for 111 line to be open to get antibiotics.

Absolutely disgusted by that practice and receptionist attitude.

NHS should look into this practice as this is disgraceful .

The receptionist Arline is very abrupt and rude, she’s done absolutely nothing to help me anytime i’ve phoned up. The absolute cheek and attitude she has aswell is disgusting, she clearly sees herself as a doctor. Whenever you confront her about her attitude she gets an even bigger one, worst receptionist.

Poorly run, inefficient and unhelpful practice. Almost impossible to get a GP appointment, wrong advice given & admin staff making medical assessments they are not qualified for. Seems to work with locum GP's rather than permanent staff. It's a disaster.

This dr surgery is a disgrace. Absolutely impossible to see a GP. Trying to get an appointment for my baby who had not long been discharged from hospital was a horrendous ordeal. Now trying to get an appointment for my husband who is in pain constantly and already been to a&e, I dont hold out much hope. The way the members of staff on reception/in the office look and speak to you is disgusting. Constantly made to feel like you're an inconvenience and no regard for the difficult situation patients are in trying to care for they and their family's health. The entire running of this place is a mess, doesn't even deserve the 1 star I have given it. Will be looking into moving surgery.
