Just one charger with a CCS and CHAdeMO exits and availability is not shown correctly online.

Station staff would park fossil cars in EV waiting and charging bays (see photo below) and tourists might leave car to charge and leave on a train ride, so zero chances of charging here. This should not even be on the map.

Well. What can I say. Ummm... the 50kw charger out of order, ok. I can deal with that. Will just have to wait longer and maybe find somewhere to eat whilst we wait (TeeCees Diner 2 mins walk away is definitely worth a visit. Excellent service, ambiance AND food!) But wait... Apparently we only have 90 minutes to charge car unless we pay £10 overstay fee every 90 mins (additional all day pay and display parking fee required to stay for 90 mins????). On a charger that gives us 10kw per hour. Again, fair enough. However, this is not written or advertised anywhere on or around charging point. Apparently you need to be lucky enough to check online and realise this (as we luckily did). I thought I would call service number to inform of out of service charger and got the following response "ah, yes, that ones been out of service for ages". That's it. OK, so... is there anything you can do about it? "No, not really". Great. Thanks a bunch Genie Point! What a joke. How do you have GENIE in your name? My only wish is that your company goes bankrupt and makes way for reputable EV charging companies.
