I don’t recommend this place if you are planning to buy spare parts only one counter available and the person in that counter inefficient very slow ! Takes an eternity ! They need to put to work those other empty desks there to speed up and make the costumers happy and less stress for their own staff. They must change the manager I spoke with him about this but no solution they don’t care about your time or anything . So if you visit make sure you plenty of time to waste there and bring some food and drinks for the long waiting …

Toyota service center is located just behind the Toyota showroom at mussafah and is easily accessible through the first door at the backside. Service is professional and quick with well trained personnels. Waiting area is maintained in clean and tidy manner with complimentary hot beverages.

You need to make an appoinment to get a prompt service. Customer service is good, they also provided shuttle car for customers by request. It takes almost 4 to 5 hours for minor service. Price will depend on your car condition. Waiting lounge is available in upstair. It equipped with high chair so you open your laptop while waiting. It was cozy waiting lounge but cafe still not opened yet. So better you bring your own snack while waiting.

Good service, nice staff, well organized.
There is a nice collection of Toyota antique classic cars as well as surprise kids corner on the 2nd floor . Check out the photos and you will ???? love it ????

Most staffs are professional
Once my car was returned without cleaning the inside, complaint was raised but no feedback
My personal favourite service agent is Samar
