I bought hours ago army set two large boxes The toys quality are the worst those days I paid much money for toys and in the end from the first use of a gentle boy five years old things are broken so easily and it hurt my child ( Cut in his finger).
I weigh myself used to have a lot of toys from toys for us on my childhood and they choose a very nice and good perfect quality I have my own toys till now from them it’s almost more than 20 years and the quality is perfect. I don’t understand why nowadays Toys “R” Us choose to sell very low quality of toys and yet they charge more money for the worst toys ever.

I could give the store less than 0 starts if possible. The store manager is the worst person here. They sold us a swimming pool that was faulty, the return policy states the return within few days. When they assembled the pool the metal was bent and rubber ripped. We asked them to return and no one came so we took it to them. Now six months passed they neither gave us the money back not the replaced the pool. Now instead of saying sorry they blamed us for the pool and asking for AED 1000 more. I will recommend everyone to stay away from the store and it's manager. They don't care about the good will of Toys R Us

Amazing store for all things kids and teenagers. They got everything and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. If you need a specific toy for your kids they most likely have it. A must go place for gift ideas or to reward your kids for their obedience.

Big place for toys, you can find all type of toys you search for, your kids will truly love it...
Its big, clean and very well organised shop and has a helpful stuff. Always there are good offers.
(Al bawadi mall toys R us) is the only Toys R us branch in Al Ain city. But its smaller than Abu dhabi branch.

Was not very impressed . The toy selection is very big, but a little expensive compared to some places for the same products. I was also irritated by the fact that most of the products had no price on, so we constantly had to find a staff member to aks for prices. I expected better from such a big chain

Great collection of toys. Hot Wheels and Decent collection of Lego kits. Also features educational toys. Action figures and comic characters. Scleich figures section features well crafted minarure animals, dinosaurs, birds and domestic animals.
