It was like home from home. The owner was delightful. The property was solid, good quality and comfortable. It was a lovely kitchen to cook in with a beautiful patio outside to eat our meals. It was 5 minutes from Ayr town centre so with or without a car it was very easy to have access to many lovely places in and outside Ayr. I thoroughly recommend Woodcroft Cottage for a homely and lovely self-catering holiday.

Terrible. Refused to confirm a booking that we’d hoped to make for two months’ time. Told us we may be kicked out if they received a better corporate booking! Owner advised us to try the Premier Inn; I’d suggest other prospective guests do the same.
