Terrible service, very rude team at the entrance gate. Disrespectful, 0 information provided. Spent nearly 1.5 hrs to clear the fines between them and tyoing center, yet nothing has been done. Had to do new covid test and if positive don't quite understand how I will renew my car license. Shameful experience.

Only private vehicles fines accepted. For company owned vehicles fines need to go Mafraq or Baniyas. Helpful officers ???? ????

By just name customer service but 0% they don't know how to give respect, Employee Mr Sultan offff a very bad behavior. Really so painfull . Paying money but get bad words

I had a very disappointed experience with them. Nobody listened the problem. If you fines for anything must have to clarify. I am really sorry to say that not satisfied.
