So i am staying in one of the villas they manage. The villa is amazing, clean and I have no issues with the landlord. However the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes from unanswered calls or whatsapp messages to lack of customer service professionalism. I raised a query about an issue I was facing in my studio, the property manager assigned to me simply said you are the only one facing this issue at this villa so then go look for another place and get what you want!!?? I was like what? How can she reply like that to a client. Regardless, how much I am paying or where I come from this is not right. If you raise an issue you are given a number of someone else and you have to handle the rest, with no support whatsoever... Really? I wish the landlord can know this is how his tenant's are being treated... such a shame and yet the Villa itself is amazing.

As a tenant, i have a very bad experience with this company. No proper maintenance in villas and arrogant behavior from staffs.
I don't recommend any of my friends to deal with this company.
