The guys are not honest, I bought a bag and they said it is 3.1kg ... and later found out it is 6kg. My fault is I trusted them, they only care to sell. Quality is no comment, but only about ethics.

Don’t get me wrong, they are lovely bags, really nice bags. Customer service is a let down (not the guys in store fault). My bag started fraying in less than two weeks from purchase and when I took it back to the shop I am told I have to wait 10-20 days for a decision on what they will do. This is not the way to treat a customer - if something is defective, replace it, quick.
