Booked airport return minibus in advance. Waited at Manchester Airport for 50minutes for it to arrive. Numerous phonecall responses ranged from he's ten minutes away (when we first rang), to there's a lot of traffic, to just a few minutes, to be patient it would cost you more in a black cab (yes we know, that's why we booked a minibus IN ADVANCE!). They had the flight number which the driver said wasn't given to him and he also said they sent him on a job to Manchester first when he should have been picking us up. Poor customer service on the phone and poor customer care. Will not be using them again. Thanks for making us wait after travelling all day.

pathetic service, once i booked a taxi to a local restaurant that was 5 minutes away but it took the taxi half an hour to get there even with low traffic, he kept driving us around in circles and spent 15 minutes going the wrong way, not to mention he kept pulling over randomly also the car itself was a disgrace, it smelt horrible and there was wires hanging everywhere along with the windows not working when its 30 degrees outside, i expect better and am definitely taking my car next time.

Useless. Second time I've tried ordering a mini bus and they have tried sending two taxis. Ordered 8 hours in advance. Diamond Taxis are a much better service

Whoever their phone operator is, I honestly believe that they need some serious customer services training. Rang them today to ask if I could travel without a baby car sit and their operator simply tells me "neither do we, we are not a children center but a taxi company" - absolutely shocking.

We pre-booked a taxi for my mum today to Goostrey for a funeral. Given an estimate of £55 each way, the driver then charged a considerable amount more because he was apparently not told by the office of the pre agreed fixed price, arrived 1.5 hours late due to the office apparently not passing on the pick up details. Absolute shambles on top of a very upsetting day. Avoid, they are unreliable and communication is shocking

We had an awful taxi driver. At a family party, I came out to the driver to let him know we'll be 2 minutes saying our goodbyes to everyone. Go back in and do so. Go back out and he was saying we were 15 minutes. We was wasting his time. This was at 23:45. The callback on our phone for the taxi arrival was at 23:42. The taxi driver drove us down the street still saying this arguing, and we asked him to let us out. The taxi driver was rude and so was the man taking the bookings over the phone.

The people working for this establishment are insanely disrespectful, this lady answers the phone to tell me off as if I’m her child , ordering me to get to the destination and leave because the driver has things to do . Instead of asking me what happened why he took longer to drop me off at my location I was too stunned to speak she was literally speaking to me like she lays my bills . I don’t even want to go to the shop because if I see this deliquent I don’t think I can let her go . Bad service they provide wow
