Travelled 3 times with Etihad in the past 3 months ( economy class ) their staff are friendly and helpful, the ???? are comfortable, also, I was surprised by the food taste and quality actually 10 times better than Emirates providing these days!!!!

What I find annoying is their website which is not user friendly and they make it really difficult to printout your booking!!!!! Very strange

Worst airlines to deal with, I'm chasing my money and airlines from Etihad from 6 months and I'm not getting any help! All emails are set on auto reply and call center is just usless!

Very bad experience
Etihad will be my last choice
They just want to collect money
They put a very intelligent guy after check in to check the hand luggage and will not allow you to go with more than 7 kg regardless the size, and thier team leader seems to be same level of intelligence.
I wear all possible cloths ???? and not even pay a penny for this money collectors
Think before you fly with them

When flying Etihad as a Etihad Guest I've usually had very good experiences.
But one booking experience I've had with the airline and which cost me a lot of money, time and effort, was so bad I can't possibly consider flying with Etihad again.
There was an issue with their online booking system and a full-flex ticket where a date-adjustment should have been able to be done for free or fare-difference suddenly cost 4x the ticket price. Neither Twitter support, phone hotline (several people trying together) or chat support and repeated promises by the support to get back to us in time for the flight were successful. The problem seemed to be systematic. There was no way of escalating it despite asking the friendly hotline agent Y****** to do so for us.
This left deep scars not only financially but also in terms of reputation. I can only advise everyone to stay away from this airline.

Share similar experience with the others reviewing recently. Flights got cancelled and no way to get customer service. Website doesn't work and Call center never got through. I don't know what to do with the tickets (cost over 24K AED)!!! It's like deliberately refusing to return the money after they cancel the service. Extremely disappointed!!!!

Customer care support number hopeless. Charges 40fils per minute. Trying to get support, need to convert my auto cancelled ticket fee to guest miles. Call centre puts in queque (hold) for 1hr in vain. Again response time 1hr. Spend already 100dirhams, since last 2 weeks, trying in different timings and also through airline office in abudhabi city, call transfered to again toll number..situation same. Even cheaper airways gives better, prompt support for free. Hopeless.
