Have been using this dentist practice for around 6 months now and have never had any issues. Staff are incredibly polite and courteous.

The level of service from the dentists themselves is excellent - phone calls to check up etc.

Would 100% reccomend.

Staff are always rude, manager denies any complaints around this, claims that staff need to be retrained on service are ignored by manager responding " i will ask her for her side of the story". Clear to see the problem comes from the top and trickles it's way down.
