Mr. Sumit from Ultimate Properties was very helpful in our apartment search in Abu Dhabi. He got us a nice and cozy three bedroom apartment in Almina tower. He is very responsive, professional and courteous in his dealings. The entire process of aprtment viewing till contract signing were smoothly done.

I had such a wonderful experience with Sumit at Ultimate Properties. Sumit tried his utmost to find the rental property most suitable for my needs. He spent whole day and evening to show me five apartments and eventually I found one I liked most which my wife also said later is the best choice. Building on our good relationship, he from time to time helped me whenever I need assistance on various matters. Further, Sumit is most amicable person I ever work with.

I’ve got an exceptional service from ultimate properties. Back then I was in Dubai and I’ve been consulted with ultimate properties for an apartment in Abudhabi. After detailing my requirement with an Brocker named Mr. Umer, they have shortlisted apartments that fulfill my need. All I did then was travelled from Dubai to Abudhabi and picked the Noel which I liked. They gave us a good building near Corniche in good affordable rate. All the contract finalization and service works are been coordinated by Ultimate properties. I was absolutely grateful for what I’ve received as support. They have got good team for all the support.

Honestly, I have dealt with many property agents in Abu Dhabi, but none were as professional and amazing as the Ultimate Properties team.
They are extremely professional and always look forward to helping you find what you want without any hesitation.
Mr. Umer spent more than a month finding the right apartment for me we finalized the deal last night!
Even the managers such as Mr. Vishal are super genuine and very professional!

I have recently moved to a new place with the help of Ultimate Properties. Umer was extremely proficient in helping me find the best suitable property based upon my budget and requirements.
He was able to understand my requirement on the first day itself. He had shown me many flats and was very patient during the entire process. One thing I liked the most about him was his polite behavior. From the start itself he was very transparent with me which is quite rare in this business.

I had a chance to interact with his manager "Vishal" who is very experienced in this field and was able to provide me a good discount.

I wish the Team very best and I am sure if they continue the business in similar way they would definitely prosper.

Booked a taxi day before. Was advised my journey was all booked in.
Taxi didn't arrive when agreed. Rang and left a message. Rang 2 more times, no reply! No response from the company.
A major stressful time as I needed to be at the bus station in time to meet up with a coach.
Complete waste of time.
In response to the next question... 'did you use this company', I tried to! Definitely won't try to use them again!

Most Drivers are very Friendly, some just Friendly. Some Cars are very Clean, just some Drivers smoke, so you can smell that they do in free Time obviously..
