bad management, they cheat people on purchases. it is strongly advisable to check the soles of the shoes prior to purchasing. Wouldn't recommend shopping from this store, if you buy it and there is a size issue then forget about returning it. The manager has a bad attitude. Long story short this store should be closed.

An item received for Christmas not allowed to return as it was over 3 days, even though it was bought as a present. Tag still on and receipt provided. Poor customer service and won’t be shopping here again. My advise don’t buy anyone a gift from here

It’s also UAE law to be able to return something within 14 days

Never buy online from them I paid the whole amount and received only a few pieces from what I paid then they kept asking for more money if I need to receive the rest of my shipment. Never do it. They have the worse service in UAE. Although I have been using them worldwide and they were on time and perfect but in UAE they are the worse.
