I would not even recommend this bank to anyone. UAB is not a good bank to deal with. I am not a happy customer after being with them for several years. UAB’s Client Experience Unit isn’t helpful. UAB is giving me hard time for a very simple request to update Personal Details KYC. After a lot of emails with their Account Maintenance Form which they keep on sending so-called “rectifications” to your details, nothing happened. They will not help you and they don’t care! Will be closing my account, asap.

Today I went this United Arab Bank for opening a new Bank account of this branch. It was a lovely & amazing experience. They work with realization. They collaborated with friendly. They smoothly delivered which I want. I really appreciate about United Arab Bank.

Terrible experience with this bank.
During account reactivation after renewal of Emirates id.. A lengthy form is sent, after filling and sending it and providing all documents.. They refuse to renew the account as I don't have a PO box number.
Even after 6 emails it is not done and my account was blocked. This happened just when I was about to travel outside country. As account was blocked ended up borrowing money from friends. It was a nightmare. Customer service blankly refused to help.
Another issue is.. Even in this day and age... Can't use the debit card to make online payments.
Strongly recommend not to enrol.

This bank is so awful and service is awful i have been trying to reactivate my account for more than 15 days and still not done. I see why no one from those i know holds a card from this bank anyway, i advice everyone to stay away from this bank and just go for ADCB or ADIB

Submit any request bank don’t care and until you contact bank don’t give any information about the request
Neither by call nor by email
Bank have to understand their responsibility and care for the customers
Bank need proper training for understanding their customers need and urgency

I would not even recommend this bank to anyone. The worst bank ever in the UAE. It should be out of this country for their bad customer service.I don't even know why the Central Bank of UAE is still keep such banks.

They waste their customers and their own time. DOING NOTHING. Every time my wife applied for a buyout loan from another bank. The UAB bank delays the process. Now, I don't know whether, they do it on purpose or do they like to see their customers on a critical situation?

They need to improve or close down. UAB, not a good bank to deal with.

Not a happy customer.

Worst bank, worst customer care, made me wait for 1 hours and nothing happened. Closing is a biggest problem, teller 1 is doesn't have customer and doesn't give service even thought she is free.

Setting is awesome, lots of info, lots of it is free, one of the best tourist info centres visited post covid

We were there on a bank holiday Monday, followed the Internet maps to find it and wasn't anywhere it was said to be online, eventually found it on the Tuesday to find out it doesn't open bank Holidays and when we actually found it, there's nothing hardly in it, no souvenirs, no fridge magnets, etc etc waste of time
