Excellent experience. From arriving and checking in, through to the actual skating. The staff are helpful. The kids used polar bear support systems which were brilliant. The ice was in great condition. There is an outside fast lane that runs the whole perimeter of the building. Would.highly recommend for anyone who wants a fun skating experience. Hard techno music and flasshing lights made it all the more fun.

Ice skating at the Snow Dome is great fun, rather than going around an ice rink, there is a circuit to follow - fantastic day out!! There are also activities to appeal to a wide audience, other than ice and snow fun, there is a swimming pool and q climbing centre. Fun for all ages

We went for the winter wonderland. This was really good, the only thing that was very unpleasant was the simple fact that around a third of the adults there (at least) could not be bothered to wear a face covering. Then being cramped together in a holding room before it opened felt very uncomfortable. I would go back if they were able to police this, and if people were wearing masks or appropriate signage stating exempt. The actual experience was awesome.

Pretty disappointing for a 3 year old. It was 30 minutes in the snow/fun he wanted to come out after 10. In the past there was more to play with. The only thing was a small slide, the rings going down the snow slopes were far too fast for a little one. Complete waste of time. Better for older kids 7/8 +

Great afternoon. 1st ever time skiing, my instructor was so good with me, think he drew the short straw ????!! He was very patient and didn't force me to go any faster in the learning curve than I wanted . Will definitely be going back again. Just one thing to mention, I think that they should consider spraying the helmets with anti bacteria spray or something, I was sweating alot and my head got very damp in the helmet. They just put them back to dry out on their own. But apart from that, it was amazing!!! ????????

Great for little ones, suggest 8 and under. Disabled parking was absent, and car park big and full, five yourself plenty of time. Overall not bad, buy not everything is included ,so beware.

Safety of the kids and Adults who are beginners are at risk, therefore posing further risk hazards to others which could result to serious accident. I had such experience on my first visit. Definitely not going there again.
