My daughter enjoyed swimming there, it was simple to book once I got my log in details which front desk were very helpful with. I enquired about swimming classes and gymnastics and Martial arts, the chap on front desk tried to help me the best he could and another person that worked there also volunteered to show me the notice board for more info and seemed friendly. I liked how they didn’t try to rush us out of the pool frantically at the end of the session and there wasn’t to many people in the pool either. Also went to soft play here with my 3 year old, good size for them to play…three different slides to keep them busy and a cool looking matrix maze to climb up and down. Unfortunately the cafe wasn’t open but I was aware of this before going so went prepared. I don’t think there’s much of an age restriction as the age of children varied from baby to perhaps 13? I’m bad at guessing ages but looked around that age. The kids were friendly and made a friend or two to play with so I could get a sit down for a change! I would say this soft play doesn’t cater as much for younger babies as the baby area is quite small and there’s no bouncers or wooden toys or ball pit. I would say this soft play is better for 2-8 year olds. Think the soft play could do with a few more tables as I could see it getting busy and not being able to get a table after paying must be frustrating. My daughter enjoyed her time here.

Edit: As of 20/02/23 still no cafe and after running around like one of the kids, I’ve noticed how dirty certain areas in the soft play are including the tv that’s never used, why it’s in here I don’t know.

My experience was half and half, we arrived a little early had no issues playing early as there was only 3 lanes open so not busy, the games it self were standard but the first issue was when the bumpers wouldn't come up as they were bent so had to try 3-4 times each round to prop up , we then tried to order to out lane/table through the app but had to go to the bar and mention we did as 20mins passed and we had nothing ( 2 glasses of coke ordered ) got told the lady was on her own so we got them ourselves , not a real issue but there was only 3 lanes open so it was super quiet.

could do with a new restaurant as the harvester is awful, the toilets are leaking all over the floor, never any fresh salad or bread rolls are like stones, plus you will be looking at 40min to pay for your food. avoid

Nice leisure complex with several restaurants a bowling venue and Vue cinema, plenty of free parking nearby to.

Softplay is great but the lack of cafe in there is not ideal

Great atmosphere, bloody delicious food and fun swings to sit on.
We ordered the Office Workers Tiffins and had the most amazing food ever. We can't wait for the Bristol one to open sk we can take our friends

Cwmbran Leisure is a complex made up of multiple businesses including gym, cinemas, food outlets and bowling. Basically something for everyone. Good transport links and free parking close by.
