The worst!
1. They missed my deadline which was 11 am today for a corporate photo and even when they sent, they sent with different requirements
2. I have told the guy about 5 times that I need a white background during the shoot to which he said "I will edit on photos hop". I received images all with Grey background two hours later and still waiting to receive the properly edited ones.
3.i have told the guy multiple times to send both originals and edited photos by Email. He shares the edited ones only by whatsapp and I have to call a couple more times for him to share by email.
4. The photos are very badly edited and my face looks inexistent with Al of the heavy editing. l

There are very nice! They provide amazing services! They did an excellent picture for my passport photo and portrait. The retouches are perfect! Highly recommended!

My maternity photoshoot was fantastic from the beginning to end????.In terms of photo quality ,the service was great! the photoshoot was professional, efficient and cost-effective.

Absolutely horrible service, they promised that the pictures will take less than 24 hours to enhance and edit, and they didn’t keep their promise, it took them almost 3 days to finish them after i kept calling and reminding them to send them as soon as possible.

I searched for a photo studio in Abu Dhabi and one of the options shown was Venus Studio. I visited Venus Studio and the place was a little busy (must be really good with a lot of customers already at that time). Overall, the experience was great for a first time customer. All pictures taken are amazing, and the staff/photographer are very keen on details of requested service. Definitely recommending this studio to my colleagues and friends! The staff are also very friendly and welcoming! They also have continuous working hours even in Ramadan season.

Spa day - really nice. Love what they've done with the place. Staff are amazing.
A few things with facilities. Pool has no railing, majority of the guests are of a certain age and we're struggling. There are no toilets available apart the one unit in the changing room. Showers have very see-through doors so nobody used them. Apart from that. Amazing

Beautiful views, and setting. Loved the steam room, two saunas and infinity pool. And had wonderful treatments and a really tasty 2 course lunch. Would have liked more bubbles in the pools though, they were very sparse and didn't last very long. Definitely recommend for a treat, though. We went on a Monday and it was pretty quiet

My mum and sister surprised me with a spa day for my 30th birthday. The grounds are beautiful, the facilities are amazing. We were greeted with a wellness shot and a hot towel. We were given a full tour of the spa. I was given some freebies for my birthday. All day the staff were so attentive, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The two course lunch in the little lodge next to a log burner was lovely. We even managed a dip in the outdoor natural pool. There are fresh towels and ice water to use all day. Staff ask regularly if you want to order any other drinks. This is such a lovely spa. I will definitely be back.

Girlfriend treated me to this for valentines day weekend. Genuinely the best spa I have ever visited. Fully booked but was plenty of space and room it didn't feel too busy at all. Never had to wait to use any of the facilities as they are all huge. Staff where absolutely amazing Jane dealt with us and helped with absolutely everything. I believe it was Courtney who we had our treatments booked in with. The massage was amazing. Will definitely be rebooking!

The best spa we have been to!
On arrival we were warmly greeted with hot towels and health shots and offered a drink. We were then given a tour and shown where to the changing rooms were. The changing rooms are lovely, underfloor heating and extremely clean. We then had our treatments. My therapist was extremely knowledgeable for my skin and I had the best facial. She was lovely and kind. We then explored the facilities. The indoor/outdoor pool was amazing, incredibly warm and where we spent most of our day. All of the rooms were fantastic and the level of cleanliness was brilliant. We had a two course lunch at the oak room which was also faultless. Two members of staff were around to take drink orders, you could even enjoy a glass of Prosecco in the pool over looking the golf course. This was an absolutely perfect day, far better than larger competitors in my opinion. A real gem and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

We had a new lodge and it was wonderful, decking round three sides so could always sit in the sun. Had all you needed, free WiFi, nice glasses, all good quality. The room sizes were home sizes, not caravan. The design was will layed out, with both bedrooms having on suite bathrooms which lead to the hot tub, which was covered so can be used all year round. The outside seating was of good quality, unfortunately the cushions had been mixed up with another lodge, which took day to sort out. The only issue we had, which was a shame and possibly due to being mid week break was, wanted to eat in one of their restaurants, was not aloud by spa staff to view the place and just told to book on line, which we did... But the noticed different memu and we prefer the memu options from the golf club so rung 4.30pm when everything was open, four different numbers, reception, golf club, spa and restaurant and no one answered so decided to cancel and eat out. Which is a shame as we really wanted to experience all there was on offer. Would highly recommend

We didn't stay in the Hotel, we stayed in one of the lodges. It was very clean & comfortable. The only thing I would say is that we could have done with a couple of more oven dishes, there were plenty of pans. Plates, bowls, mugs & glasses were plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay & would like to be able to return for another visit. The views over the golf course were first class too. Hot tub was great, lovely & warm.

My wife and I stayed the night and had a lovely meal. The food is amazing, the staff are friendly they couldn't of done more for us . We stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony view of the lake with a steel bath tub which is one of the best experiences we've had.
