I thought no it is better to stick to nails services only , my daughter had a wax devices and staff burned her both arms with very painful experience
The pity thing is the supervisor blindly overprotective to staff without any proper apology
Worst experience ever
Place is clean and well organized
I liked the staff there
Products quality is acceptable
Customer service is good
Management not the best handling customer care
But total experience was satisfactory

Salon services met a very satisfactory and high quality standard. I was delighted by their staff through careful and professional services. Salon premises are very neat and clean, smells good and all things are very well organize from scheduling to staff performance. They use high quality salon products and equipments. I must say this Vero Nail Spa is a well recommended HIGH-END salon. Keep up your good job ladies. Bravo ????

For someone who's been a customer for over 5 years, I'm extremely dissapointed with my recent visit where I brought a friend and convinced her to try the pedicure as Vero is my go to place for such. We arrived around 10.30am and we're the only ones in the salon, both of us had a pedicure. I noticed my friend was taking longer time with the cleaning and afterwards I heard her tell the nail technician to stop deep cleaning her big toe as it's painful already, she told her several times but she kept on proceeding, the technician even said "if we don't do this as if you didn't have your nails done" and "ma'am your pain tolerance is very low". I was already offended when I heard it but held back as I wanted to ask my friend if it's always that painful when she is having a pedicure, and she told me no, it's the first time she got several wounds, not only in the big toe but also small toe. I felt so ashamed and upset with what happened as being a loyal customer I know the standards of Vero technician very light hands and I am familiar with some faces, but none of the old staff were there. My friend wanted to let it go but I couldn't. As 1st the technician did a very bad job wounding my friend's toe and 2nd is her inappropriate remarks, way below the belt. I messaged Vero through WhatsApp and IG and they quickly responded and apologized..got in touch with my friend and invited (Only) her back for a back job. Fine, at least I thought. I found out they only did pedicure to the 2 toes that was wounded ????..what kind of backjob is that?!? We live all the way on the other side of Al ain and she went there for 2 toes only!?! Who does that?! My goodness, this is definitely not the right way to treat a customer. I was wrong thinking they can resolve it by giving feedback directly to them rather than filing a formal complain. - a very disappointed loyal customer

I’ve been coming to Vero for over a year, and I will probably never go anywhere else. The most professional service, from the receptionists to the technicians, to the people who aren’t even providing you a service. Honestly the best mani and pedi I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend

The spa was absolutely rejuvenating - the atmosphere was peaceful, the treatments were blissful, and the staff was attentive.
