I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with a Volkswagen car service shop that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Their lack of responsiveness and slow repair process were major issues that overshadowed any positive aspects of their service.

From the beginning, it was evident that customer communication was not a priority for this shop. Attempts to reach out to them via phone calls went unanswered, making it difficult to even schedule an appointment or inquire about the status of my vehicle. This lack of responsiveness was highly unprofessional and demonstrated a clear disregard for customer concerns.

Furthermore, the repair process itself was excessively slow. After finally managing to get car checked, I expected prompt and efficient service. However, my vehicle remained in their possession for an unreasonable amount of time, with little to no updates provided on the progress of the repairs. The lack of transparency and failure to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle only added to my frustration.

This sluggish approach to repairs not only inconvenienced me but also highlighted a lack of respect for the value of my time and the urgency of the situation. A service shop should strive to complete repairs promptly and communicate any delays or issues to customers in a timely manner.

I Think it will be last VW car for me because of this service.

Its very sad that you cant get the VW cars only beacuse of the dealer
I had a technical issue with VW car and no response got from the dealer about it

If your car is out of warranty n you don’t agree to additional services they will offer, they will do a shady job on the service that you pay for also. Adding a photo of my car interior taken immediately after a major service. Upon telling them they tell me it’s due to cost cutting we stopped washing car from inside. Really I paid 2500 for a service to get my car back like this realktv

Very unprofessional
I had an appointment @ 2:30, so I was there 10 minutes in advance. They guy did not turn up till 3:15, i was asked to leave the keys and the service person would contact me later. Then I had requested for a drop off, I was asked to wait for 2 minutes, which turned into 20 minutes. I think they could be so much more professional. Customers deserve that!

Expensive.. especially if your car has no service contract..
They change the whole kit not fix the faulty part. Front brakes 3000? Wipers similar!!
I did service last year for 5 year old VW. The cost was 13 k after discount. If i did fix all what they told me is faulty, it would cost more than 20K.
