Love that place. Especially ladies night offer is the greatest deal on Fridays from 6 pm until 00:30 am for 65 AED only you can enjoy unlimited drinks;))
Excellent service, pleasant atmosphere and good ambience, beautiful interior and nice view from the terrace on F1 tracks.

Extremely Disappointed with the Unprofessional Customer Service at W Lounge

Dear W Lounge Customer Service,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional behavior I experienced during my recent visit to W Lounge. my most recent encounter with the manager and supervisor has left me extremely dissatisfied.

Firstly, I would like to address the complete lack of professionalism exhibited by the manager. Despite my attempts to discuss an issue I encountered during my visit, the manager was dismissive and uninterested in resolving the matter. Their attitude was condescending and disrespectful, which left a lasting negative impression on me.

Furthermore, the supervisor's behavior was equally disappointing. Instead of taking the opportunity to rectify the situation and ensure my satisfaction, the supervisor sided with the manager and failed to acknowledge the validity of my concerns.

I regret to inform you that this experience has tarnished my perception of W Lounge.

I sincerely hope that you take my feedback seriously and address the issues I encountered during my visit. It is my belief that by thoroughly assessing and improving your customer service practices

I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps you plan to take to rectify this situation and ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences in the future.

Went to the garage for a late lunch, one guest was a coeliac.
The chef assisted with a safe choice. Food was tasty, wine was good and reasonably priced.
Moved into the lounge where they had a special offer for ladies , basically 65 aed for a drinks package.
Great gin selection ????

Visited W Lounge at @wabudhabi on @yasisland #inabudhabi . It is a perfect place to relax, unwind and live it up.

???? Sip and savour from one of the three bespoke bars as the resident DJ plays the latest tunes, and take in amazing views of the iconic Yas Marina and the Formula 1 race track.

Very nice hotel and very friendly employees. It is also an excellent pet friendly hotel.The only drawback is the car racing environmental pollution. If they limit the racing till 8:PM, at least it will be acceptable. I would have rated it to a 5 * if not the noise pollution from the car racing.

I absolutely loved this place , very beautiful design and beautiful view, it has an outside seating with race track view.
The drinks were AWESOME.
The prices outside the happy hour is kinda high but i understand it.
The staff is very friendly and kind, Joe is one of the best employees there.
I will definitely come back again and again.
