Liked: Absolutely fantastic. What a lovely place to camp. Never been to Wales, but received a warm welcome on arrival. Pitch area was well maintained and very tranquil, easy access and parking. Owners were so helpful with sorting my various journey routes and rail queries. Bathroom facilities were spotless and also the lovely little shop/reception. Couldn’t fault this site and highly recommend. Would certainly want to revisit.

Liked: Peaceful site and friendly staff who checked us in. Shop which was in the office was open during the day. Very efficient. Shower block a bit dated but clean and showers were free. A massive site which seemed like most of the caravans weren't occupied on the rainy days we were there so could be noisier in better weather but was lovely and peaceful for us. Toilet emptying area was under cover and a good height

Disliked: A 20 minute walk to the nearest pub which would be fine in good weather not so good in the storm !

Liked: The quietness of the site and being able to self check in after 6pm

Disliked: The cleanliness of the facilities. The same pieces of toilet paper on the floors the whole time we were there for 2 days 2 nights. We
didn't see the toilet and shower blocks cleaned at all in 2 days, a little more attention to detail needed

Liked: Everything was very organised

Disliked: Although the pitches were of a good size, the site was packed full and there was no green open space. Also, the majority of the pitches were taken up by unoccupied 'seasonal caravans', which meant that you felt you were in a caravan storage area.

Liked: Very friendly welcome, decent sized pitches, shower block was clean, plenty of washing up facilities

Disliked: Electric hook up point was quite a long way away from our pitch, too far for our (normally adequate) cable. Wasn’t an issue for one night, but would’ve been annoying if we’d been staying longer.

Liked: The facilities were very clean and tidy and kept up together well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great not far from Bridgend which had LOTS to do for the children and near the coast ,the kids loved the amusements..

Disliked: My partner wasn't instructed on arrival where to put the owning so was asked to move it late at night which he could not do on his own as me and my child arrived later. If he would have been instructed when arrived would have been much better and less of a issue with the park staff.

Liked: The site was quite small and had a shop for amenities. Showers were lovely and hot.
Friendly campers, (none regulars)
Nearby village of Cowbridge is lovely.

Disliked: Next to a karting track, sometimes noisy, got told to move car 1st night to the back of caravan then, after three nights of sleeping in roof tent told to move again as fire hazard.
Regular site stayers think they own it. WiFi absolutely rubbish.

Visited for Easter. Sharon got us pitches next to each other so we could be by the kids. Arrived to meet the lovely Sharon who again was so helpful. Our pitches were brilliant. The site was very clean, the toilets were immaculate. Disabled facilities were next to none. Dog and children friendly. Close to Cardiff and loads of sea front places. Couldn't ask for a better site. Thanks to Neil and everyone and his great Dane
