Had taken this taxi service thus morning, the driver was late , not professional at all. Was swearing when asked to locate the destination where he was suppose to drop, not booking this again

Used Alpha Taxis Christmas Day to pick up my mother from her home as she is in a wheelchair bought to my house; collected her later and took her home, Thank you so much made her Christmas and mine: Driver was excellent

I booked a taxi for 10am with this company, at 5 past I rang them to check where it is and they said 'It's 5 minutes away'. No show, called them again after 5 mins and they said 'he's on your road now, will be 2 minutes away you can stand outside' so I did. After waiting outside in the cold there was still no taxi even at 20 past 10. They were not calling me I had to call them and they weren't even apologetic. Terrible, unprofessional service I would not recommend. 1/10

Errrmmmm took a 2 mile trip to the airport, meter was not put on and was charged £12. Used to always use this company but no more.

Total joke this company do not use them!!. Booked online and paid by PayPal. Phoned the night before the booking to confirm as didn't hear anything back, was advised the website was down so no booking. Shame they didn't mention this on the website. Booked over the phone for 6 people told would be £10. Taxi turned up on time said he could only take 5 people as that was the booking, he rebooked a 6 seater and said would be a few mins. 10 later we phoned told 8 or 9 mins. Phoned again told 30 seconds. By this time we are late for a wedding. Taxi turned up another few minutes later. No apology from driver who then charged £13 as was a metered car.

Don't make the same mistake we did. Use another company.

Couldnt praise this company and driver highly enough.The driver helped me with my scooter and then myself into the cab and then helped with my heavy shopping into the cab and then into my house.he really is a credit to the company.so polite and caring.fantastic company and driver.

Phoned to book wheelchair accessible taxi only to be spoken over through out booking. I asked multiple times for wheelchair accessible taxi before specifying pick up/destination and was then hung up on immediately.
Taxi arrived - not wheelchair accessible although driver lovely. Phoned back to rebook. The call handler very rude again speaking over the top of me insisting we had not asked for wheelchair accessible taxi and hung up again immediately.
If the mistake had been acknowledged even in the slightest or taxi had been rebooked this review would not have been left. Will not use again.
