At the Tesla charging station which is really not good when the shops are busy, there are two cars in the charging area that are not electric which is something I see often when it's busy. Also the exit lanes are very narrow with high curbs so you can easily scuff your wheels. That said this is one of the cheaper superchargers that I have used so that is a plus point and if you go late in the evening it's generally quiet

Fantastic shopping centre, so many different shops which is nice to see and browse around, has a large selection of different food places in the food court so there is something for everyone, plenty of parking spaces and parent and baby spaces on each level, when we visited they had a dinosaur display which my little boy loved, will be back in the future

Very large precinct with a whole variety of shops, can normally get anything here. Can get very busy. There are information staff that are very helpful as it's a very big place. Includes a cinema, bowling alley, loads of restaurants, takeaways, can dine in. Wheelchair ♿ access, toilets ????. Big car park, payable and sometimes expensive

Clean, bright and well laid out shopping Mall. Good parking and easy to use reg plate registration recognition. Separate food court and a cinema complex. Can walk to the lovely old part of city and visit those shops too on Sadler Gate .

This carpark has 6 levels and a basement. Spaces are well laid out. There are plenty of Blue Badge spaces but,they have to pay. Charges start at £3.10p for 2 hours and then goes up steeply
There are much cheaper parking nearby.

It's the same as the rest of the shopping mall. Tidy, fresh, and welcoming. Plenty of shops to go inside and plenty to see. It's a great place to go if you don't live too far away.

Told a Blue Badge was not allowed free parking as it's a private car park, fail to understand the difference that makes..?

I accidentally got a puncture and one of the security men (off the night shift an Asian chap) helped me change my wheel. He was so helpful,pleasant and polite. He helped to make the area safe with cones and was persistent in helping me it was dark,very cold and miserable weather when every car drove past me for 2 hours not offering any sort of assistance (apart from 2 men driving out in the same car ,but they were unable to loosen then wheel nuts as was i) but again I was extremely grateful for their help.
