- Sewage smell in the house
- You can hear the neighbors as if they are sitting in the room next to you
- Security doesn’t bother do anything when you complain
- Insects in the parking and now my car has ants inside
List keeps on going but I think these are enough

Clean and luxury apartment building, one of the best in Abu Dhabi Corniche, it has so nice view, it has very big and great swimming pool with showers, the external finishing from Aluminium and glass (Facade) with led lights which give the building lovely view in the night.

Walls not thick at all (we can hear every word our neighbors say), leakages, insects, weak water, AC is always hot and never works, the garbage room always smells bad.. etc etc
Edit: there’s a very bad smell in parking basement 3, it’s so bad that it entered my locked car, now my car smells bad! And the bad smell is also in the corridor of each floor..
if you’re thinking of moving here, don’t. The building and interior is nice, but literally everything is absolutely terrible!

Location and view great, All good except :
Very noisy parking extract fans working all night can’t sleep , like you live beside airport, worst showers I see in my life not designed by engineers need clean bathroom after each shower because of leak below doors ( irreparable) , very poor insulation between apartments I can hear my neighbors voices, high rent.
