My wife went in here yesterday, armed with my wallet and several hundred pounds for her birthday present off me. The guy in the shop looked down on us as if we had no money or idea about crystals. She asked about a Labororite stone price and his reply was a laugh and his words were "That is why it's in a glass case" disgusting customer service.
This guy doesn't seem to know most of the crystal names too! I believe he is only in it for the money, yet he still turns people away with his customer service, where as 99% of other crystal shops you can tell, the people running them are into it as a hobby themselves too as well as a business. We are up here on holiday and I will be spending my few hundred pounds in many of the 14 other crystal shops I have researched and added to my list of visits. Avoid this one folks!

Owner very obviously dislikes children!
Very rude as soon as we walked in, just after we walked in an older couple walked in and he was so friendly and polite to them!
Note to the owner pick and choose your customers because you couldve made some serious money out of us, but you while attitude was discusting we choose to go elsewhere! Perhaps retirement would suit you better?

WOULD NOT GO TO THIS SHOP AGAIN IF YOU PAID ME!!!!!! Awful experience!!!
The man behind the counter was rude and looked down his nose at me, mom and 2 children as soon as we entered the shop. He was clearly judgmental but little does he know that I have been into crystals for years and years and pay good money for the right product. I would NEVER buy from him after the experience today - all that negative energy in the shop soaked into the crystals! I am a regular up here in north wales and was obviously given the “tourist” label straight away - we had just been to the beach so we weren’t dressed up to the nines, so I didn’t fit his “class” as it would seem. When I asked if he had a certain crystal he rudely just said “NO” - anyone wanting cleansed, pure high energy crystals should AVOID THIS SHOP!
Rude, horrible individual! I never write reviews but this shop needs the BEWARE OF THE STAFF sign before entering. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. Never in my life have I entered a crystal shop and been hit with such negative vibes - this is being transferred into your crystals which you will take home !!! Don’t risk it!
WORST CRYSTAL EXPERIENCE !!!!!
And I hope the person who was in the shop reads this and takes himself on a customer service course!

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND AVOID!!!!!

Came across this lovely little shop yesterday. So many interesting and unusual gemstones in here it was like being in a sweet shop.
The owner was lovely and friendly and very helpful with any questions. I would not hesitate to visit this shop again when I come back agàin. Support local business like this.

Today I went in to this shop and as my son went to touch a Crystal the man behind the till smacked him on the hand telling him not to touch. My son is only 8 and was really upset and shook up by the whole experience. I advise anyone with children to avoid this shop and anyone else at that matter as this man does not deserve your custom.

From what I could see the crystals looked very unique and pretty but we went on the website to see if the place was open and for the postcode but we got there and it was closed
