كان شغلهم زين قبل كم سنه لكن حاليا ما انصح بهم لانهم ياخذون فلوس بدون ما يعطونك العطل الصح ولا الخدمه الطيبه

Poor layout, Edinburgh bound platform awkward for disabled or pram users, narrow stairs so no chance for distancing, utterly inadequate shelter facilities for waiting passengers despite being busy interchange station, can't even get a coffee when delayed due to cancellation or other problems ( not infrequent, sadly).
