1 very rude staff member. Told me I shouldn't drop off a parcel on a wednesday as they have deliveries. Apparently I should know this. I was also told if I left my parcels there on Wednesday and something happened, it would be my fault. Also been told before I shouldn't collect parcels of Saturday evenings as they are very busy.

Incredibly rude and aggressive guy, won't ever be going back there.

I tried to send a hermes parcel from shop locally in Chepstow. The owner of the shop refused to serve me as my partner insulted the decor of another of his shops a couple of years ago. He obviously knows how to hold a grudge. I realise this is not Hermes problem but he was very, very rude and aggressive in his manner. He ordered me out of the shop in a way that suggested if I refused he would have used physical force. he’s a very large man, it wasn’t pleasant.

Dear ShopLocally,
I would like to ask you to keep my parcel for one week longer, till the end of February, because I am unable to collect it till 23 February.
Unfortunately the weather is quite bad on this weekend, therefore I am unable to return to Chepstow during this weekend!
My collection number is: FM/FEDD286

A fabulous little corner shop! Mo and all his staff are so welcoming and friendly, there's not many shops these days that know their customers by name and reach for what you want as soon as you walk in the door! I have to mention Hasnain, he makes me smile every morning, what a great way to start the day! Well Done Guys!

Predominantly visit the store to collect and return Hermes parcels and have a good experience each time.
The gentleman that served me today in particular was very helpful and patient with me

The owner of the shop was very helpful in returning an item to Amazon. It is great to have a convenience shop in the centre of Chepstow. I would recommend the shop for you "last minute shopping". Many thanks for your help.
