Very nice Golf course. Pool is amazing and the Restaurant areas is just fabulous. The food is very nice. Special thanks to Makena who is an amazing waitress, very respectful and good at her job. Absolutely a go to place

Amazing projects with abu dhabi's soon to be biggest golf course
We bought a villa through gravity real estate there and it was amazing and we got 5 years free service charges and waiver on all other fees

Beautiful villas some have golf course view, gated community very popular within expats. Location is perfect near Yas Mall and easy acces to highway. First Choice Properties is best choice to call if you are looking for home.

Worst experience is to buy from Yas acres
1. You are not allowed to do anything in your garden except by their permission of AlDar even if you are the owner of the villa. And when you gain their permission you have to pay 1000 AED.

2. Security is Bad : A lot of Boys coming in and out of Yas Acres from other villas that don’t belong to Al Dar they are breaking Fence and coming in everyday ruining the facility going to swimming pool even though it is closed cause of corona.

3. Materials that are built with this house is the cheapest quality. They look so good in photos but you will see when you live in the house a lot of faults.

4. Bad Service : you call them you tell them you have faults and they come with someone who asks you to sign even though he didn’t do the work and doesn’t come again either he signs his own paper or they close the case.
