Had the worst experience in my life today. Bearing in mind that I am a regular customer who has been coming here for almost a year. Was planning to get a Morrocan bath today to release all the stress I have had this morning. Accordingly, I booked an appointment & selected one Chinese lady upon the Spa’s suggestion. However, they kept me waiting for 10 minutes in one room till the bath is fully prepared. Suddenly the gentle lady came in, got closer to me and started whispering in my ear; if you need a good Morrocan bath you need to pay me AED 150/- tip in advance. I literally felt disgusted & thus; replied back in a surprising tone: why are you being rude and purely materialistic!? So if I don’t tip you in advance, you will not do YOUR JOB (without any extra services) as it should be done!? As a result, my mood was completely spoiled & therefore; left the room on the spot and requested for a refund & the owner’s contact number. I need to have a word with the management to open their eyes to what exactly happening behind the scene. They might not be aware of such incidents that will gradually ruin their business. You need tip work for it & take it in a proper way not like if you are ripping someone off.

If there is a zero star for this place, I will give it a zero star. Im writing here to get the attention of whoever owns this establishment and also to guide and create awareness to those who would come across this place. I came to this spa located at Times Inn building by accident so I thought I'll have a look and enjoy their services since I was already there. When I entered they were surprised that I even came in and received me in a rude way but I still asked for the services they offer anyway. After being given their list of services I asked if I can have a look at the therapy rooms. When I came back to the reception the Thai woman who was standing beside the reception and talking loudly on her mobile phone started growling at the receptionist whom I was talking to and each time I ask about prices, this rude Thai woman barks with prices that are way different than the list of services I was shown. When I asked who the manager or the owner of the place she went ballistic and started challenging me of why I'm asking such questions, that they just opened and who am I to asked such questions and she went on and on in her rude and outrageous behaviour. Asking me why I'm asking such questions early in the day which was already around 2pm. I told her the price on the list and the prices she's giving me are very differen and that I do not appreciate the way she was talking to me. She refused to give her name as well because she knew she's been unprofessional, rude and inappropriate. She was racking the prices she gives me up to 50% higher. She obviously doesn't want to see me or any female customers in this place. Not only this Thai woman has been rude, the place is dirty and smells very bad - moldy and quite disgusting. Some of the floors in the therapy rooms are wet and with hair and coffee spills on the floor. It looks like a dodgy place where only men are welcomed. The behaviour of this woman is preposterous and utterly unacceptable that even the receptionist was embarrassed about the way she was talking to me. The very concept of spa and relaxation doesn't exist here and it makes me wonder what services do they really offer here. If this Thai woman is an employee, she should be sacked immediately. Not only is she rude and has no proper customer skills, she is also dishonest that even the receptionist couldn't look at me as she is so embarrassed of how this Thai woman has been behaving. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR WOULD EVEN CONSIDER ENTERING PLACE AGAIN.
