This branch Zagu is located in Mussafah. It’s a really small shop and a bit difficult to find. I ordered a Okinawa Pearl tea. Large size cost 15 dhs. Good bubble tea. Friendly and polite staff.
Small seating area inside the cafe.
Limited parking space.

Just tried Okinawa Milktea.

Love it!

Like the taste of the pearl, love the overall taste of the milktea. Worth the price.

Best Coffee Jelly Milktea for me so far.. I tried some other brand but I didn't like them.

My wife is also crazy with their Okinawa Cheesecake!

Plus in this branch the attendant named Lorna is right good

I have visited ZAGU MILK SHOP at musaffah shabiya branch .
There is 1 philipina lady .
I was calling her for order but she reply me I M NOT THE ONLY ONE ORDERING SHE HAVE MANY CUSTOMERS AND SHE IS SO BUSY .
she don't know how to talk with customers.
I quit I didn't order and I move.
I don't know y she is angry.
its a request to owner kindly check with staff and teach them how to talk with customers.
