I went to Raha mall, in Abu Dhabi, asking for a plain navy blue skort. The seller who attended me quickly responded there was not any kind of plain uniform. He was unprofessional and inefficient! I intrigued him about some options and he simply quick me out of the store. I embarrassed and frustrated. Unfortunately only when I arrived home I had an idea to search in the website. What a surprise! I found exactly what I was looking for. REGRATTABLE!

The worest school store I ever come; for about three years and this is the fourth; I am dealing with them yet many things are not available, Even though we came earlier.
I have put to many suggestions to the Management they have promised but no action were taken throughout all the past years.

I will go to another school that never deals with ZAK.

I totally do not recommend them at all.

Not at all happy with the service. You never get the sizes. My son is in Belvedere and was very happy with Zeena Tailoring House located near the school. Not only they did the Uniform my child but there customer service was extremely remarkable. I suggest all to go and visit. They are in Shabia 9

Third class uniform and accessories stuff but prices are surprisingly more than the branded shops. Poor service and most of the time you don't get correct sizes. I wonder why schools compromise on their reputation and quality by doing contract with such service provider.

One of the worst customer services you will ever see. The manager is very rude. They close at 7:30pm then they through the ready orders bags to the customer under the shop door on the ground. The mall management couldn't even ask them to follow mall timings. Many parent were really upset

Rude and reluctant staff. Zero stress on customer service. Not sure what the reason is, either they are understaffed and thus stressed or unpaid and thus reluctant.

The shop is good though with items organized properly. Although strangely timed to close early at 7:30pm.

Why it is so expensive? For public school uniform is 100aed and in your store for private school it is 1000aed. It is not made from gold or silver

I am not sure why a nice school like bisad would choose a company that provides such poor quality products and services.. The uniforms are overpriced, they get online orders wrong and they have the worst customer service imaginable. I wish there was a lower rating than 1 but unfortunately there is isnt.
