Worst school uniform store ever.
Bad quality, high price, bad deals, worst stuff.
Our school uniform, although it is expensive, after one month of wearing it looked like it was old, I prefer sewing at a lower price and I would not recommend it at all.

I had a surprisingly pleasant experience at Zaks. They had a good stock of uniforms and Uzair gave us great customer service. The prices are always MUCH too high, but this is the plight of private school uniforms in the UAE.

-Ordered online as per shop advice, order and quantity was wrong and received a way late.
- There is no assistance nor hotline.
- expansive products with low quality.

The main company have to review this dealer in UAE.

Unfortunately this is the only place I can get the uniform I need. Service was slow and staff didn’t seem to have a vast knowledge of the stock. When I went, they had nothing I required in the size I needed (I needed an entire uniform). In the end with a bit of persuasion one of the staff managed to get me one shirt, one pants (not the exact size I needed, but I had to take what I could get). Quality, I thought was quite good, however things are grossly over priced. I strongly believe this is because they know that there is no where else to purchase. A review of the stock layout would be a good idea, as the system they have is flawed.
