We are absolutely thrilled and impressed beyond measure with Kayleigh Ashford's service and communication. She has managed to get our property in Abertillery back up to standard for rental and will be placing a tenant shortly. We can't wait to place the second flat with her for management and rental. We recommend her without any hesitation and only wish we'd engaged her services earlier.

Nexa South Wales….What an amazing agency throughout! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, this agency have helped us to find our perfect family home in the matter of days!????I can’t stress Kayleigh enough! She has been marvellous with us, she’s such a friendly, bubbly person when you meet her, she really is amazing at her job and we can’t thank her enough for helping us along the way! If you ever want a cuppa we’re more than happy to accommodate! Haha! We look forward making memories in our new home! Thank you so much Kayleigh and Nexa South Wales!❤️

I wish they had more stars! 5 stars doesn’t do Nexa South Wales any justice! Honestly by far the most incredible service and they go above and beyond!

Kayleigh Ashford has been absolutely incredible and loved working with her! Communication has been next level and service provided has been very thorough. Incredible presence on social media and also takes the most amazing photos of peoples property which I think makes a huge difference! Has such a lovely warm presence and brings amazing energy to her work !

Another huge shout out to kayleigh samuel! She has been super at getting everything sorted and ready for our tenants and has been an incredible asset to the NEXA team!
Her communication has been friendly and consistent making our process super smooth and we have loved working with her.

We have found our estate agents and can’t wait to bring them more houses!

We moved into our new home in May an couldn't be happier. After going through a divorce I was nervous to move with my children but Nexa made it easy. Ashley looked after us and made everything easy. I had never rented before and was totally lost but she was always there to help. Thank you. Also today the maintenance guys came over to fix a problem in the garden. They were nice and pleasant and did the job, thank you guys. I'm happy with everyone at Nexa, can't recommend them enough!!

I recently used NEXA property letting agency to find a tenant for my property. I was very impressed with the service I received from Emma. She was extremely responsive, even after hours, and she was always willing to go the extra mile to answer questions.

I was particularly impressed with how quickly Emma was able to find a tenant for my property. She had a tenant lined up within 24 hours of listing my property.

Overall, I was very happy with the service I received from NEXA property letting agency. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a property letting agent.

Here are some specific things I appreciated about Emma's service:

She was always responsive to my messages, even after hours.

She was proactive in her communication, and she kept me updated on the progress of finding a tenant.

She was very knowledgeable about the local rental market, and she was able to give me some great advice on how to price my property and attract tenants.

She was very professional and efficient, and she made the entire process of finding a tenant as smooth as possible.

I would definitely use NEXA property letting agency again in the future. They are a great team of professionals who provide excellent service

Me & my partner had been struggling to find a suitable place to move into. Literally after a chat with Emma she got us secured with a beautiful home up in the valleys. Super grateful for her help & advice, and for the speedy process! Definitely wish I came here first to prevent all the stress of the rental market! Thanks Emma????

Myself and my partner have been trying to move to Wales from East Sussex since April. It has been a very hard process but Kayleigh and Jazmin at Nexa have been beyond helpful. Kayleigh went above and beyond to help us view our now beautiful home and made this new life a reality for us. Jazmin also kindly helped us with all of our queries and always kept us in the loop constantly! It was such a breath of fresh air, renting a property with Nexa. Their commitment, efficiency and genuine kindness is something we will always be thankful for! It’s hard to find a good agency, especially in renting because of the demand but I would 100% recommend Nexa to anyone. Thank you again, we are so happy to be able to make many wonderful memories in our first home - Katie and Jack :)

I hardly ever write reviews. So even the fact that I am here is testament to how impressed and happy I am with he service that Nexa South Wales have provided. In particular I want to acknowledge Emma Harbord. Emma went way above and beyond helping me to deal with a particularly difficult matter. It isn't often you get such service, and I couldn't recommend the company and indeed Emma more.
