Good place to get food if you did not bring any in the zoo. However, serving the food is so disorganized. They give you receipt with number on it and asks you to wait for 20 minutes. So you wait for 20 minutes of course. When you go back to the counter to get your food, food is not ready at all. They do not follow their own numbering system. I had to stand next to the counter just to make sure they are preparing my meal. Happened to other customers too.

Dirty. Chaotic. Kitchen with several staff but looking confused and not actually doing any cooking most of the time. Why so bad? Should be shut and refurbished and then charge a bit more for decent food.

Variety of food options from Biriany, Pizza, Pasta, burgers, Arabic grills and more. Probably the best place within the zoo for a lunch meal. Good value for money.

worst customer service I bought ur pizza for 40 dirham and the food didnt look like what it was in the picture and there was hair and when I asked for a refund it took them a long time to finally give us a refund and when they did they threw the money at my face and insulted me in arabic I want to put a 0 star but it aint possible and they have horrible if not the worst customer service I recommend u guys not to go there 'cause its a waste of money and ur time.

Really disorganised staff in the restaurant. You wait for the food for very very long time. Numbering is not in sequence.

Very few animals in the zoo. You can ride only once in train. Staff not friendly
