Staff need a good costumers service training, not the first time I say hello and get ignored and some times they can be rude to like today when I asked for help at the self-service. I am Gona stop shopping there.

Used to be 5* but the shop is going downhill with less products, fewer staff and generally tired looking interior.

Speed bumps leading to the store are brutal, so much so I drive by Tesco on the way home and go to one of the other supermarkets in town.

Good range and good lay out. Obviously the bigger Tesco stores carry a more comprehensive range, but this store has sufficient range for its size, and a plus is also that it has a 24hr petrol station.

Misleading placement of clubcard price tickets. 25% off clothing ticket on the rail that had the product i bought to be told these don't qualify. When i asked why it was on it they just shrugged and when i said thats misleading they went 'i know'.
