WE WANT TO RETURN OUR FOOD ORDERED FROM TALABAT BUT THAT INDIAN RUDE WITH NO MANNER WORKING IN THAT RESTAURANT TOLD US TO GET THE MONEY FROM TALABAT? WHAT WAS THAT? ARE YOU GUYS NORMAL? YOU ABUSED YOUR CUSTOMER BY HIRING INCOMPETENT CREW IN YOUR RESTAURANT.

WE WILL BRING THE FOOR TO BALADIYA!!!

WE RECEIVED ROTTEN CHCKEN WITH VERY FOUL SMELL.

THE CREW HAS NO MANNER AND VERY RUDE! WE COMPLAINT ABOUT THE CHICKEN BCOZ IT HAS STRANGE SMELL AND THE TASTE WAS LIKE ROTTEN. WE ASK NICELY TO RETURN OUR MONEY BUT HE REFUSED AND ACCUSED US THAT WE ARE THE ONLY CUSTOMER COMPLAINT ABOUT THEIR CHICKEN THEY SAID THEY HAVE HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMERS AND NO COMPLAINT!!! The small harbour unfortunately doesn't have too much to offer, except of course the possibility to cross over to the island of Islay. The waiting room unfortunately falls short of its potential. Having a roof over your head when you don't want to wait in the car may sometimes have its advantages, but I would like to see a better range of vending machines so that you can also get a cold drink or a small snack. The staff do a very good job.
Nevertheless, I look forward to being back here as it means a stay on Islay. The journey is the destination.

The work on the website is constantly being postponed by one day. For this reason, I cannot order tickets online, and no one can be reached by phone either. I've dreamed of being on islay for years and now it's because of this bad ferry. I am very disappointed. Shame on you.

Lots of construction going on, but the rest rooms were still open. More to the critical, they got everybody on the ferry in a reasonable time.

All it takes is someone with a High-Vis Vest and a clipboard to ruin your day!

If they do not like you, they will tell you to go into the wrong lane and will not board the ferry. Even when the port manager asks if you arrived on time and they say yes, it does not matter. Ended up sitting there ALL DAY in standby because the man at check-in did not like us. Finally, we got on the 3rd ferry that didn't even take us to the port we needed to go to.
