We booked a taxi over the phone to arrange a pick up to Heathrow. The taxi arrived on time but when we arrived at the airport he said it was cash only. We were not informed of this over the phone when making the booking and so did not have £110 cash on us. We had to do a last minuet bank transfer. The taxi driver said he would email us the receipt however, we never received it. We are now living in the US and so contacting the company by telephone is proving very costly. I did telephone the company and the man identified our ride. I gave him my email address so he could send the receipt however, I have never received it. I have since emailed the company asking for a receipt but again, I have had no response. I have now given up trying to contact this company and so my own company cannot reimburse me the £110. - Overall, it has been a completely unprofessional and costly experience.

Ordered a car after a late tube, they picked us up straight away. The controller was nice and communication spot on.

Appalling service, arrogant driver who would not help my 91 year old mother. He was nasty rude and uncaring. People like him should remember that he will get old himself one day. Nasty piece of work.

We booked a Taxi to pick us up from our home to Gatwick. We received a confirmation message the evening before, however, the taxi did not arrive. We called the number they supplied and they said we had not made a booking. They were quick to argue and were extremely rude on the phone, they didn’t try and solve our problem but very quickly blamed us for the situation. If you want a reliable service and a stress free journey don’t use this company!!

Half of the time there are no taxis available any time soon. But when a driver/car is available the service is decent

My mother has used Arnos Station cars for years. And when she was no longer able to drive, they rewarded her loyalty and came to her rescue, making special arrangements to help her move around and taking the time to facilitate all her needs. I cannot thank or recommend this company enough. Thank you!!

Poor customer service. The man over the phone was incredibly rude. Blamed us for not booking the cab, when the cab did not arrive. We have a conformation text to prove that we did in fact book a taxi with this service.
I would not recommend this service to anyone. They are incredibly unreliable. Stick to Bolt and Uber.

I called and booked a large 7 seater for an airport run. This was booked, time and car confirmed 3 days before departure. On the day, I get a call from them saying that the big car I had ordered is running 10 minutes late. I explained to the gentleman (if I can call him that!) that we needed to get to the airport on time as we were travelling with an infant and I wanted to have time to settle her before boarding the flight. He reassured me that the can would be there in 10 minutes and that there would be no further delay. 15 minutes passed. Still NO cab! I call again, I’m told that the cab is 5 minutes away this time. I double checked and said that if it’s going to be longer then to let me know so I can look at alternative means. Again he reassures me. Another 10 minutes pass. It’s not 25 mins after our booking time! I was just about to call back and I receive a call from a cab driver, saying he’s just received our job and he will be there in 15 minutes. So, I call Arnos back, he denies this and says it’s only 5 minutes away (which is what he had said 10 mins ago.

When I say to him that I was disappointed with the service he accuses me of being rude. I just cancelled it at this point because he was unprofessional and frankly unable to do his job! Also, the car he was sending us was not even the original 7 seater I had ordered!

We ended up ordering an Uber which was a comfortable 7 seater - to fit us and the luggage and a very nice driver too!

I’ll never book with them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
