The food was great and the service was excellent, will definitely be returning.
Our waitress was Aisha and she made our experience beautiful.

I never write bad comments because I work with customer service and I try to be understanding but this was just awful!
I placed an order and, after ONE hour of waiting, decided to ask them how much longer it would take to then have them ask me what I wanted to have!
There was only one more customer in the restaurant. The waiter must’ve assumed I was a crazy person who just wanted to sit for an hour for no reason. Not once he decided to come around to check if I wanted something or clarify if he didn’t understand our communication.
Absolutely never coming back!

Bad service/ when it get busy the food quality goes down/ if you are planning to get food you better wait for a decades until they find you and give your order.. this is based on multiple try and I had asked for the reason of this the manager said that only they have shortage in staff and he do multiple task in same time. So kindly upgrade your service and match what the customer needs.

Terrible food and even worse customer service!
I chose them because they claim to e a healthy option. Ordered Buffalo crispy chicken pasta, paid 60 Dhs, THE FOOD ARRIVES SUPER SPICY I tried forcing myself to eat it but couldn’t!!!
I call them and the reply is “ we don’t have a manager here, thank you for your concern “

Very slow to make the orders, I was waiting for 30 min to pick the order. I found out they give my order to other customer. I don’t blame the staff, there is shortage in staff one person take order by phone also take away orders ,Talabat and dine-in. Many time I send direct message to there account but they don’t care about the customer.

Delay I order twice from zero fat and try to see changes, but no changes. Good luck with poor customer service.

The worst. Yes the food is not bad but they will always mess up your food and will deliver your orde based in their availability not your child!! ???? You pay more you get less, apparently that’s what they good at. Customer service is too slow and will never solve your issue.. anyways just go somewhere else.

I had a wonderful exp with the whole team in zero fat khalifa team. I asked the manager regarding the calories and he explained very well and he suggest chicken fattah and it was very delicious.
