I was one of tenants of property managed by ZMS Property in Abudhabi. Ever since they took over administration of the property I was comfortable in terms of maintenance of my house. They manage the show professionally and attend to the requirements expeditiously. The support staff at their office are well versed with documentation and procedures. Any single transaction to do with the building such as glass cleaning, pest control, etc. they keep all tenants well informed through prompt communication.

One who desires to live peacefully and if the property managed by ZMS, can sign the tenancy agreement without any hesitation.

ZMS is known for their reliability, professionalism and swift services.

I had a positive experience with Daniela! She helped me find the best apartment for my needs and drove me across the Raha Beach area! Some information was not on point, but overall she made the whole experience a breeze! Highly recommended ????

I’m dealing with ZMS since last year and I have really positive experience with them, specifically with Ms. Hakima, she did the lease contract so fast and seamless, litterly better than any agency I dealt with.

also after I rent the apartment I had few complaints and Ms. Hakima helped me through all of them.

ZMS has the best experienced, polite and helpful ppl. I hope everyone has the same experience like I had.

Loved the experience with them and everything was provided and maintenance team with security dishan was so friendly and Hakima from property management officer was so helpful and everything went smooth and one of the most amazing person
