Nice site, loads of kids here at the moment, but they're not a problem to anyone. Weather on camp has been quite misty, but if you go for a little drive the sun has been shining.

Really lovely holiday park, big pitches for caravans and lots to do for kids. The outdoor pool is lovely and heated. But the toilet blocks are in desperate need of updating. The showers are okay- sometimes cold and the pressure is like a hosepipe- no where to hang your clothes so they end up getting wet. The toilets need cleaning more regularly, especially not nice using the unisex toilets

Not as good as it was ….

On our last visit in before the site changed hands it was near perfect and had a great vibe
This time however since the take over things seemed to have dropped off … Gone is the awesome open top bus that used to take you down to the beach … This was a real lifesaver and money saver what with the expensive parking around the beach .. There was apparently an alternative but nowhere was this advertised or not were we made aware ..
in comparison to previous years .. The standard of the entertainment both during the day for the kids and the evening had massively declined..
Never before had I seen so many queues at the bar … but then not surprising when only 50% of the available till points were working … at most..

Food was still good and came out to the table very quickly and reasonably priced so no complaints there
The accommodation was clean and tidy when we arrived and the little kitchen welcome pack was a life saver ..

If your trying to book bowling .. then I would do so with caution .. We booked 2 lanes .. went down at our time to be told there was no booking .. Our mistake? Nope even the staff told us it was happening all the time and the booking system was really bad ..

Will we return … Undecided at the minute as I don’t think the price represents the standard of what you get any more ..

Also … Bring back Billy and Betty!

We were in a 4berth caravan. It had everything we needed for our stay.Check out the Old Mill pub onsite. The Staff are really friendly and the food is good.

Came here in October and the family loved it lots to do there and the other parks and evening entertainment was great for the kids. Only 2 downfalls were the beds, way to hard for a good night's sleep for me felt like I was sleeping on the floor and we didn't have hot water for nearly 2 days told someone at reception but nothing was done.

Kids loved it, plenty for them to do, which kept them entertained for hours. 5 mins drive from the beach which is great. 3 pools 1 indoor 2 outdoor of which one was on our doorstep. Staff on the whole were friendly.

However we stayed in "gold" accommodation which to be frank needs desperately updating and the beds were like sleeping on slabs of concrete. Oven took about 30 mins to get to temp. However was reasonable for the price.

Would go back but would need to invest in mattress toppers so could get a decent night's sleep.

Great place to stay we had a super pitch for our motorhome . Park facilities are excellent and well kept , plenty for he kids to do and four different swimming pools . Showers weren’t too bad not the best but not the worst , pitch could do with more gravel as got a bit muddy and was supposed to be all weather.
All in all I would definitely recommend ????

Upgraded to a bungalow, perfect. Next to a lake with ducklings that we fed at the door. Happy kid and missus so off to a perfect start. Staff were excellent and always asked my little girl how how her day had been when we went to dine.
Food was good. Cheaper at the main diner than the Old Mill. So many activities to do over the 4 parks you can use. Even more in the summer when the ourdoor pools open.
Kids evening entertainment was more for the younger ones
Adult entertainment was good Shaun Perry did some great songs and Ben Nickless had everyone laughing including the kids
Went on a Sun cheap but will return for a week in the summer.
