Receptionists attitude was disgusting when I questioned why I had to wait a month for an appointment to even speak to a doctor her reply was, do you not think my life would be easier also. Terrible customer service.

Awful place!! Disrespectful, incompetent and rude staff on the telephones and front desk. Do not listen, or try to to help or advise appropriately :( Denied emergency appointment when in agony. They have constant issues with the attached pharmacy, which are taken out on patients. The Drs are friendly and do listen but overall, the issues surrounding their administration staff and getting the help you need, are enough to put you off for life!! :-(

Very good practice. Regarding your issue you see a dr at the correct waiting time. They prioritise the correct illnesses and conditions. Staff very helpful on the reception.

Disrespectful, incompetent and rude staff on the telephones and front desk. I put form sine two months till now doesn't finish they ask to come every week to see if it finish thin they ask me again for week after they are so disrespectful

Staff on phones have such undertone of attitude..disgusting the amount of people I hear complaining about them. They really don’t care (big women and the older blonde woman ) rang at 7am and still no appointment

I have just joined this surgery , I’ve not yet been seen by the gps or nurses , but the reception and the layout is professional. ????

Very efficient in what they do also very polite staff on the front counter, difficult i know when you have irate punters knocking on your glass window

A few years ago we stupidly changed to this doctor for my mum because it was closer to where she lived. However, all I can say is how terrible the service was for my old mum from this surgery from the moment she signed on with them. At 89 it was like she was invisible and inconsequential to them. Throughout lock down when she needed anything they were difficult to get hold of. Eventually someone would call her, but she was profoundly deaf and had alzheimer's, so a call was next to useless. Once a doctor even said she had called my mum to have a chat when clearly she did not, as 1471 proved!
The worst thing was at the end of her life, when she needed a doctor in the care home she was in. They refused to come and sent the district nurses (who are always brilliant!) Knowing that at the end of life a recent doctor's visit to sign off the death certificate is needed, they still did not send a doctor. This caused issues with the registrar (who again was brilliant!) To make matters worse at the surgery they couldn't even get the certification process correct and the registrar had to personally discuss the case with them, rather than just having a correct date and a signature on the certificate. A sad and stressful situation for all of us when we were already devastated by the loss of our mum.
My mum felt very upset every time she had to deal with this GP surgery.
