I took my mother-in-law in for an appointment for her hearing aids.
We got the warm welcome and the receptionist Joe was lovely and helped keep my mother-in-law stress and panic free.
We have got an amazing gentleman (David Shaw) who has taken care of all her hearing needs as he's done a full extensive hearing test and we are amazed with how much of a difference they have made in the 3 weeks that she's them and we can't praise you guy's enough and the lifetime service and ongoing help, service and support is amazing.

I had a big problem with ear wax etc. nearly deaf. Had a appointment with JAN a lovely lady she is. Came out feeling brand new !

Fantastic service from start to finish very professional but also friendly which I found to be the perfect balance,i provisionally booked my appointment with Jo who i found very helpfull and accommodating.
My hearing test was carried out by David Shaw who I found to be very knowledgable and explained everything perfectly and made me feel really comfortable and at ease with the whole process.
