Spacious, clean market. Has good, fresh produce. Also has a nice variety of household and grocery items, as well as clothes, which can be found on the 2nd floor. The abayas they sell look great.

Convenient for late time purchases if you don't want to use your car (if you're living around it)

They even offer delivery if you take more items and don't have a car.

Prices are okay compared to safeer and ajman coop.

Have discounts sometimes.

Appalling service, driver was very rude and wouldn't accept my 2 dogs and son on the bus. We were visitors to cardiff, I don't drive so thought it was disgusting service and not very helpful

Shocking service, sexist comments from drivers are deamed as acceptable. No response from the company after I complained on social media. Pity there's not an alternative company running the same routes, poor on every level!

The bus service would be 3.5 stars but the customer service just 1 star. I found the IFF card very confusing even though I went through the registration process and read the instructions. It still was not clear how one could top up an existing card again. After several attempts to call the Customer Service I finally get to talk to someone who lost her patience when trying to explain how it works. I ended up almost crying. You should treat your customers with respect after all our money keeps you going.

As a visitor to Cardiff my wife and I were very impressed with the drivers on the 32A service to St Fagans yesterday with our two grandchildren. They were both very helpful, happy and professional. Thank you David and colleague. Mike and Cathie

Poor customer service.
I accidentally left my keys on bus and they were handed to bus driver by a customer on the same day as someone msg me on Facebook advising that a key with lanyard is handed safely. Next day morning I rang lost and found customer service and ask if they have had my keys, I gave them full description of my keys and the lady on other side said we had keys handed but they did not match your description.
"My description - it's a key with a pink lanyard, with my name(I gave my full name), my company name, my position, Tesco and Morrisons clubcard, a black fob and a house key".
So, I have no clue what was she looking at or did not bother to check.
I rang police station and they advised to keep ringing Cardiff bus as they don't take report for lost property.
I rang Cardiff bus again, this time there was a male and I ask the same thing and gave full description of my keys, he said no we don't have your keys. I then left Cardiff bus an email with full description of my keys, bus no. I left keys on , Route, time etc (very easy for them to check). I never heard anything back.
Then I continued ringing them, on fri the guy said to me "This is the third time you're calling and I have told you we don't have your keys".
I said I understand, could you please check once again for me or at least give me the description of the key you already have been handed on Mon. He kept me on hold and came back saying that "Yes we have your keys"
There was no apology from him at all.
I was calling them since Tue and they had my keys with them but did not bother to check the given description but instead being rude with me. The stress I have gone through the whole week is not possible to express here. I have to change my locks.
This is one of my few experience with Cardiff bus customer service.
